Storm Surge

The NOAA Storm Surge Risk simulates storm surges caused by tropical cyclones. It displays storm surge by category 1-5 storms but excludes category 5 storms north of the NC and VA border and for Hawaii. Per NOAA, data does not exist in some levee-protected areas. It outputs the storm surge height as an integer value between 1 and 21 feet.
