Core Resilience Insights

Analyst comes pre-loaded with three Resilience Insights data packages available nationally:

  • Location Insights – provides a primary, cross-sectional view of key metrics on the built environment, climate & hazards, and the community, supporting holistic analyses with a wide breadth.

  • Climate & Hazard Insights – reflects a more expansive set of hazard metrics to support exposure deep dives.

  • Community Insights – offers a more expansive view of community and household characteristics, aligned to provide a comprehensive understanding of the demographics of a community.

We construct these data packages by selecting specific metrics and models from our core Data Foundations, built with hundreds of widely ranging dynamic, static, and previously siloed datasets, rigorously curated, normalized, and unified into a nationwide digital landscape covering 99% of the United States. The Data Foundations include Built Environment, Climate & Hazards, and People & Vulnerabilities.

Additional Context Layers

In addition to the Core Resilience Insights, you can access everything in Analyst, which includes 100s of other reference layers and built-in analysis engines.

  • Base Canvas – geospatial dataset that reflects existing land use and demographics at the parcel or census block resolution.

  • Data Reference Layers Categories – land use, mobility, climate, and socio-demographic layers.Data Reference Layers Categories
