We continue to expand our support to connect your locations to Insights and Dashboards.
Address Geocoding
You can now upload addresses to be geocoded and added directly to your project. From there, you can evaluate them using the appropriate Insight and dashboard.
Connect Polygon Layers to Insights
If you're working with polygon layers, you can now connect them to Insights. This update lets you connect points, lines, or polygons to select Insights. See Insights Layers for an overview of which Insights support polygons (in addition to points and lines).
Dashboards
Climate Physical Risk Insights
By default, the hazards reflect the Severe hazard risk (on the range of Moderate, Severe, and Extreme), which aligns with the risk probability nationwide at the 70th percentile for each hazard. In the dashboard, the About tab details each hazard's specifics.
You can use the selections on the Configure Settings tab in the dashboard to adjust what's shown on Hazard Overview, Hazard Exposure, Hazard Detail, and Data Table. Use the Hazard Severity filter to change all hazards to Moderate, Severe, or Extreme levels. You can also use the Risk Thresholds slider to adjust the probability of a hazard being considered above or below the risk threshold on other tabs.

General Location Analysis and Financial Insights
Hazard risk summaries on the Hazard Overview and Location Detail tabs reflect the Moderate hazard risk (on the range of Moderate, Severe, and Extreme), which aligns with the risk probability nationwide at the 70th percentile for each hazard. On the Community Insights tab, you can update the views of the Nearby Community to toggle between the tract or zip code where the location is located.
